Safeway  Federal Credit Union has always been committed to protecting your financial privacy. We never have given or sold your personal information to outside solicitors or marketers.

The law mandates that we explain how we collect, use and protect your personal financial information.  

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

-          Information we receive from you on applications and other forms;

-          Information about your transactions with us, or others;

-          Information we receive from a credit reporting agency; 

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted or required by law. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those Safeway Federal Credit Union employees who have a specific business purpose in utilizing your data.

Information we may have about former members is generally only shared or disclosed if required to enforce or administer an account or as required by law. In order for us to conduct our operations, including servicing your account or processing your transactions, we need to share information with our service providers including data processing companies, payment and ATM networks, insurance companies and credit reporting agencies.
