young adults is an account we have devised that caters
towards
teaching young adults financial responsibility and providing
tools to
manage money intelligently. We offer free checks, free on-line
banking, and a free debit card with this account. At 18 we encourage
our
young members to apply for a $500 credit card so they can start
learning
the importance of credit and how to maintain it. We love
hearing 30
years down the road how we financed someone's first car or
gave them
their first credit card and they're still coming back to us
for their
financial needs. It's members and reasons like that we are
still in

closed Credit Union, which means, you have to work or
be retired from
Safeway, or have a family member who is a member
to join. Our charter
may be small but, we offer the same services as
the big guys and
